Data Backup and Recovery

Backups should be an essential part of your network. Unfortunately computer hardware isn't 100% reliable and you may run into either hardware failure, viruses or disaster scenario's (such as fire) which can result in permanent data loss.
Vision Networking has many backup services to offer the peace of mind that if a computer fails, all your data such as accounting information and contracts will not be lost. We offer different backup options to meet different needs. If you accidentally overwrote a file, we can restore that one file. If your database server crashes, we can restore it too!

On-site backup
Let Vision Networking setup an on-site backup system in your office. This system can backup data for all users, computers and servers. Incase of any hardware failure, enjoy peace of mind knowing your data is backed up. While this is a great solution, it does not offer 100% protection incase of a disaster scenario. If you wish to have your backups safe from building damage such as fire, consider a cloud backup solution.
Cloud Backup

Cloud backup works just like on-site backup, except your backups are stored securely in the cloud. Cloud backups are safe from theft, fire, water damage, and any other disaster scenario's that might arise.
Backups can be scheduled to upload to the cloud at night, so your network performance does not slow down during business hours.

Cloud Backup with Virtualization

In business today, there is no time for downtime or data loss, yet most businesses rely on backup methods that can take days or weeks to restore in the event of hardware failure. This leaves businesses vulnerable to losses in productivity and revenue. Axcient backs up all data from Desktops, Laptops and Servers to a local Axcient appliance installed on-site. If server failure occurs, the appliance functions as a fail over system, running a virtual copy of your server until it is restored or replaced. Everything backup to the Axcient applicance is also securely backed up to the cloud, allowing your data to be replicated off-site.
